This page explains how to delete your COSMIQ account and everything stored with it. COSMIQ is published by Ajaykumar Reddy Velagala.
Option 1 — delete it yourself, in the app
This is immediate and needs nothing from us.
- Open COSMIQ.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Manage data, then Delete COSMIQ account.
- Answer the short parent check, then confirm.
That erases the progress saved on the device and the copy saved for your account, removes the name and age entered at setup, signs you out, and withdraws the permission you granted COSMIQ when you signed in. Any other device signed in to the account clears its copy the next time it connects.
The same menu also has Reset learning progress, which erases the saved progress but keeps you signed in and keeps the name and age. Use Delete COSMIQ account if you want the account gone as well.
Option 2 — ask us to delete it
If you have already uninstalled COSMIQ, or you cannot get to the app for any reason, email us and we will delete it for you:
Please send it from the email address you used to sign in to COSMIQ, and write “COSMIQ account deletion request” in the subject so we can find it quickly. You do not need to reinstall the app.
We action requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
What gets deleted

What we cannot delete
- Your subscription. Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, not by us. To cancel or request a refund, use Subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account. Deleting your COSMIQ account does not cancel a subscription, and cancelling a subscription does not delete your account.
- Your Google or Apple account. We can only remove COSMIQ's access to it.
Data we keep briefly, and why
When progress is deleted we keep a short marker recording that a deletion happened, with no progress attached to it. It exists so that another device you were signed in on erases its copy too, instead of uploading the old progress back. It holds no personal information and is removed automatically within 90 days.
